Ins 26.01 Ins 26.01 Purpose. The commissioner of insurance finds that prelicensing education should be required of all insurance applicants for major lines of insurance. This requirement will assist in assuring that insurance agents receive needed information regarding insurance, insurance ethics, and sales practices.
