Opt 5.01 Opt 5.01 Intent. The intent of the board in adopting the rules in this chapter is to establish minimum standards of conduct for optometrist and to specify reasons the board may reprimand, deny, limit, suspend, or revoke any license or certificate of registration.

Opt 5.02 Opt 5.02 Definitions. As used in this chapter:
