All recipients of grants under this chapter shall maintain records of the projects supported by the grants as required by the department and shall submit to the department reports as required by the department on a quarterly basis or as described by the department in the RFP. A recipient’s failure to maintain these records or to submit these reports may result in the department’s termination of the grant.
