AB71,9 Section 9 . 139.25 (9) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB71,9,12 139.25 (9) Failure to keep records. Failure to comply with s. 139.11 (1) or (1m) shall carry a penalty of revocation by the secretary of revenue of the license or permit.
