The average of the number of pupils enrolled in the school district in the current and 2 preceding school years multiplied by $75 in the 2013-14 school year, by $150 in the 2014-15 and 2015-16 school years, by $250 in the 2016-17 school year, by $450 in the 2017-18 school year, by $654 in the 2018-19 school year, by $679 and $63 in $800 in the 2025-26 school year and $850 in the 2026-27 school year and each school year thereafter.

AB50,1010,10 (c) The department shall make the payments under this subsection from the appropriation under s. 20.255 (2) (aq).

AB50,1940 Section 1940. 115.437 (2) (a) 2. of the statutes is created to read:

AB50,1010,16 115.437 (2) (a) 2. In the 2025-26 school year and in each school year thereafter, the number of pupils enrolled in a school district multiplied by the school district’s rate of economically disadvantaged pupils in the previous school year multiplied by 20 percent of the per pupil amount under subd. 1. for the applicable school year.

AB50,1011,2 (a) “Community-based approach contract” means a written document that defines the roles and responsibilities of a school board and a community-based provider related to the operation of a 4-year-old kindergarten program.

AB50,1011,5 (b) “Community-based provider” means a head start agency designated under 42 USC 9836, a family child care center, as defined in s. 49.136 (1) (j), or a group child care center, as defined in s. 49.136 (1) (k).
