NR 750.09(4)(4) For properties where the voluntary party is seeking an exemption from liability for voluntary party remediation under s. 292.15 (2) (ae), Stats., where groundwater contamination is in concentrations that exceed enforcement standards and the department determines that natural attenuation will restore groundwater quality in accordance with rules promulgated by the department, the insurance requirements in ch. NR 754, have been satisfied. NR 750.09(5)(5) For properties with residual groundwater contamination that are closed in accordance with the requirements in s.
