Representative Hebl asked unanimous consent that the Assembly adjourn in memory of Elise McHugh Penny of Sun Prairie, who passed away on October 6. Ms. Penny was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Sun Prairie Bicentennial Committee, member of Sacred Hearts Parish, Parish Council and Trustee, and docent at the State of Wisconsin Executive Residence. She was a contributing member for the preservation of the Fort Winnebago Surgeons Quarters and the Indian Agency House in Portage, Wisconsin. Granted.
