In this paragraph, “unobligated amount” means the amount by which the annual bonding authority for the subprograms under subs. Section 196. 24.55 of the statutes is amended to read: 24.55 Executive secretary; deputy; staff; appointments; duties; oath. The board shall appoint an executive secretary outside the classified service. The executive secretary shall appoint a deputy who shall, during the absence of the executive secretary, have all of the authority given by law to the executive secretary. The executive secretary and deputy shall take and file the official oath.
