Unprofessional conduct includes: VE 1.58(2)(2) Conduct in the practice of veterinary medicine which evidences a lack of knowledge or ability to apply professional principles or skills. VE 1.58(3)(3) Fraud in the practice of veterinary medicine, including any of the following: VE 1.58(3)(a)(a) The making of false claims regarding knowledge, ability, skills or facilities for use in treatment or diagnosis of a disease. VE 1.58(3)(b)(b) The making of false claims regarding testing, inspecting, reporting or issuing of inter-state, intra-state or export health certificates.
