4compensation and expenses of appeal tribunals and of employment councils
5appointed under s. 108.14, to be used for such purposes, except as provided in s.
6108.161 (3e), and, from the moneys received by this state under section 903 (d) of the
7federal Social Security Act, as amended, to transfer to the appropriation account
8under par. (nb) an amount determined by the treasurer of the unemployment reserve
9fund not exceeding the lesser of the amount specified in s. 108.161 (4) (d) or the
10amounts in the schedule under par. (nb), to transfer to the appropriation account
11under par. (nd) an amount determined by the treasurer of the unemployment reserve
12fund not exceeding the lesser of the amount specified in s. 108.161 (4) (d) or the
13amounts in the schedule under par. (nd), to transfer to the appropriation account
14under par. (ne) an amount not exceeding the lesser of the amount specified in s.
15108.161 (4) (d) or the sum of the amounts in the schedule under par. (ne) and the
16amount determined by the treasurer of the unemployment reserve fund that is
17required to pay for the cost of banking services incurred by the unemployment
18reserve fund, and, from any other federal moneys received by this state for the
19purpose specified in s. 108.19 (1e) (d), to transfer to the appropriation account under
20par. (nc) an amount determined by the treasurer of the unemployment reserve fund,

21and to transfer to the appropriation account under s. 20.427 (1) (k) an amount
22determined by the treasurer of the unemployment reserve fund.

SB111,428 5Section 428. 20.445 (1) (ra) of the statutes is amended to read:
SB111,558,206 20.445 (1) (ra) Worker's compensation operations fund; administration. From
7the worker's compensation operations fund, the amounts in the schedule for the
8administration of the worker's compensation program by the department, for
9assistance to the department of justice in investigating and prosecuting fraudulent
10activity related to worker's compensation, for transfer to the uninsured employers
11fund under s. 102.81 (1) (c), and for transfer to the appropriation accounts under par.
12(rp) and s. 20.427 (1) (ra). All moneys received under ss. 102.28 (2) (b) and 102.75
13(1) shall be credited to this appropriation account. From this appropriation, an
14amount not to exceed $5,000 may be expended each fiscal year for payment of
15expenses for travel and research by the council on worker's compensation, an amount
16not to exceed $500,000 may be transferred in each fiscal year to the uninsured
17employers fund under s. 102.81 (1) (c), the amount in the schedule under par. (rp)
18shall be transferred to the appropriation account under par. (rp), and the amount in
19the schedule under s. 20.427 (1) (ra) shall be transferred to the appropriation account
20under s. 20.427 (1) (ra).
SB111,429 21Section 429 . 20.445 (1) (rr) of the statutes is created to read:
SB111,559,222 20.445 (1) (rr) Worker's Compensation operations fund; special assessment
23insurer reimbursements.
From the worker's compensation operations fund, the
24amounts in the schedule for providing reimbursement to insurance carriers paying

1supplemental benefits under s. 102.44 (1) (c). All moneys received under s. 102.75
2(1g) shall be credited to this appropriation account.
