NR 233.54NR 233.54Effluent limitations guidelines representing the degree of effluent reduction attainable by the application of the best available technology economically achievable (BAT). Except as provided in 40 CFR 125.30 to 125.32, any existing point source subject to this subchapter shall achieve effluent limitations representing the degree of effluent reduction attainable by the application of the best available technology economically achievable. Process wastewater pollutants may not be discharged.

NR 233.55NR 233.55New source performance standards (NSPS). Any new source subject to this subchapter may not discharge process wastewater pollutants.

NR 233.56NR 233.56Pretreatment standards for existing sources (PSES). Except as provided in ss. NR 211.13 and 211.14, no later than November 6, 1999, any existing source subject to this subchapter shall comply with ch. NR 211 and achieve the pretreatment standards for existing sources as follows. There may be no discharge of process wastewater pollutants.

NR 233.57NR 233.57Pretreatment standards for new sources (PSNS). Except as provided in ss. NR 211.13 and 211.14, any new source subject to this subchapter shall comply with ch. NR 211 and achieve the pretreatment standards for new sources as follows. There may be no discharge of process wastewater pollutants.
