AB508,55 Section 55. Initial applicability.

AB508,31,19 (1) Additional household and dependent care expenses tax credit. The treatment of ss. 71.07 (8m) and 71.10 (4) (cs) first applies to taxable years beginning on January 1 of the year in which this subsection takes effect, except that if this subsection takes effect after July 31, the treatment of ss. 71.07 (8m) and 71.10 (4) (cs) first applies to taxable years beginning on January 1 of the year following the year in which this subsection takes effect.

AB508,56 Section 56. Effective dates. This act takes effect on the day after publication, or on the 2nd day after publication of the 2019 biennial budget act, whichever is later, except as follows:
