SB86,42 Section 42. 990.01 (43r) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB86,14,9 990.01 (43r) Type 2 motorcycle autocycle. “Type 2 motorcycle” autocycle" is a motor vehicle as defined in s. 340.01 (32) (3m) (b).
