21veterinarian who fails to comply with this section and the rules and instructions
22furnished by the department shall forfeit all right to apply the tuberculin test.

7shall charge the person registered under this section the reinspection fee specified

SB563,14,2522 95.55 (4) Animal handling facilities. A person required to register under this
23section shall provide animal handling facilities to ensure the safety of farm-raised
24deer or farm-raised game bovids during handling and of the persons handling the
25farm-raised deer or farm-raised game bovids.

1Section 55. 95.55 (5) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:
SB563,15,112 95.55 (5) (a) A person hunting farm-raised deer or farm-raised game bovids
3is exempt from having any hunting approval issued under ch. 29 and is exempt from
4any closed season restrictions or bag limits established by the department of natural
5resources. In order to regulate the hunting of farm-raised deer and farm-raised
6game bovids
, the department of agriculture, trade and consumer protection may
7promulgate rules to establish tagging requirements or other methods for identifying
8dead farm-raised deer or farm-raised game bovids that have been legally hunted or
9killed and to impose other conditions or requirements regulating the hunting of
10farm-raised deer and farm-raised game bovids. Section 29.314 applies to the
11hunting of farm-raised deer and farm-raised game bovids.
