DFI-Bkg 73.09(2)(2) Financial statements. Each licensee shall annually, no later than 90 days following the end of its most recently completed fiscal year, submit through the NMLS or in such other manner as directed by the division, a copy of the licensee’s financial statements for that fiscal year. The financial statements shall include a balance sheet and income statement and shall be prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
