An applicant for or recipient of a credential who changes his or her electronic mail address or whose current electronic mail address becomes inactive shall notify the department of such change within 30 days of the change in writing or in accordance with other notification procedures approved by the department.

SB111,1468,9 (b) Electronic communications under this subsection may not be substituted for the service of any process, notice, or demand under sub. (2).

SB111,1468,12 (c) Notwithstanding par. (a), an applicant for or recipient of a credential who does not have reasonable access to the Internet may maintain paper communication with the department.

SB111,1469,17 2. Military and veterans administration hospitals, clinics, and care settings.

SB111,1469,19 3. Any other practice setting in which at least 50 percent of the patients consist of patients who are any of the following:

SB111,1469,20 a. Patients who receive medical assistance.

SB111,1469,23 b. Patients who do not have dental health coverage, either through a public health care program or private insurance, and have an annual gross family income equal to or less than 200 percent of the federal poverty line.
