2019 WISCONSIN ACT

An Act to amend 118.125 (1) (b) of the statutes; relating to: pupil records.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

AB53,1 Section 1. 118.125 (1) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:

118.125 (1) (b) “Directory data" means those pupil records which include the pupil's name, address, telephone listing, date and place of birth, major field of study, participation in officially recognized activities and sports, weight and height of members as a member of an athletic teams team, dates of attendance, photographs, degrees and awards received, the name of the pupil's parents or guardians, and the name of the school most recently previously attended by the pupil.
