SJR78,1,43Whereas, Chief Justice Ann Walsh Bradley has deep roots in Wisconsin, 4coming from a family that has lived in the state since the 1850s; and SJR78,1,75Whereas, Chief Justice Bradley was born and raised in Richland Center, 6growing up in the house that her grandparents owned and where her father was 7born; and SJR78,1,108Whereas, after earning her bachelor’s degree at Webster University, Chief 9Justice Bradley began her long career in public service as a high school teacher in 10La Crosse; and SJR78,1,1211Whereas, Chief Justice Bradley then earned her J.D. at the University of 12Wisconsin Law School, where she was recognized as a Knapp Scholar; and SJR78,2,213Whereas, in 1985, Chief Justice Bradley was appointed by Governor Tony Earl
