SJR20,1,42Whereas, James “Jim” Robert Soletski was born to John and Caroline 3Soletski on October 7, 1948, in Green Bay, Wisconsin, the fourth of their seven 4children; and SJR20,1,75Whereas, Jim Soletski graduated from Preble High School in Green Bay, 6attended the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay, and graduated from the 7University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point with a bachelor’s degree in education; and SJR20,1,98Whereas, Jim Soletski worked for many years in the energy industry, 9including as a senior analyst at the Kewaunee Power Station; and SJR20,1,1210Whereas, Jim Soletski was a local, state, and national representative for Al-11Anon, as well as a longtime member of and leader in Justice Organization Sharing 12Hope & United for Action (JOSHUA); and SJR20,2,213Whereas, Jim Soletski was elected to represent the 88th Assembly District in
