SB1015,,33Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau This bill transfers $15,000,000 from the state building trust fund to the general fund and eliminates a $15,000,000 appropriation for a Building Commission grant in the 2021-22 fiscal year that was not used by a health system for the purpose of expanding psychiatric bed space. The bill increases the appropriation to the Joint Committee on Finance for supplemental appropriations by $15,000,000 for fiscal year 2023-24 for grants to support hospital emergency department services.

Biennially, the amounts in the schedule for grants to support hospital emergency department services. SB1015,38Section 3. 20.867 (3) (v) of the statutes is repealed. SB1015,,1010(1) Transfer to the general fund. There is transferred from the state building trust fund to the general fund $15,000,000 in fiscal year 2023-24. SB1015,,1111(2) Joint committee on finance supplementation. In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for the appropriation to the joint committee on finance under s. 20.865 (4) (a), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2023-24 is increased by $15,000,000 for grants to support hospital emergency department services.
