This bill exempts amusement rides located at campgrounds licensed by the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection from regulation by the Department of Safety and Professional Services. Under current law, DSPS regulates amusement rides.

SB1001,,66101.05 (7) Notwithstanding ss. 101.02 (15), 101.12 (1), and 101.17 (1), ss. 101.02 (15), 101.12 (1), and 101.17 (1) do not apply to an amusement ride located at a campground licensed under s. 97.67.
