SB1001,,33Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau This bill exempts amusement rides located at campgrounds licensed by the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection from regulation by the Department of Safety and Professional Services. Under current law, DSPS regulates amusement rides.
