AR14,,33Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau The resolution amends the assembly rules to provide that testimony at any public hearing must be received in the following order: if the public hearing is on a proposal, the author or authors of the proposal; members of the public and local government officials; and state government officials and individuals registered as lobbyists.

AR14,,99(b) Members of the public and local government officials. If any member is accompanied by an individual registered as a lobbyist, the member shall speak before the lobbyist.
