AB316,,33Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau This bill specifies that grant moneys under the community-oriented policing-house grant program administered by the Department of Justice may be carried over into the 2023-25 fiscal biennium so that the grant recipient may complete projects that were initiated during the 2021-23 fiscal biennium.

Grant moneys under s. 165.989 may be carried over into the 2023-25 fiscal biennium for the completion of projects under the grants that have been initiated on the effective date of this subsection.
