17State Legislature recognizes the contributions and public service of Thomas Barrett
18to the City of Milwaukee and the State of Wisconsin; and, be it further

20congratulations to Ambassador Barrett on his recent nomination by President Joe
21Biden and confirmation by the United States Senate to serve as the United States
22Ambassador to Luxembourg and wishes him success in representing our nation
