Indigenous Peoples Day.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

SB704,2 6Section 2 . 421.301 (6) of the statutes is amended to read:
SB704,2,27 421.301 (6) “Business day" means any calendar day except Saturday and
8Sunday, and except the following business holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther
9King Jr.'s Birthday, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor
