SB38,1,1 1An Act relating to: return to in-person work for state employees.

This bill requires the governor to submit to the legislature by February 28,
2021, a plan for when all state employees will return to in-person work at the offices
of their agencies.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
SB38,1 2Section 1. Nonstatutory provisions.
SB38,1,33 (1) Plan for state employees to return to in-person work.
SB38,1,44 (a) Definitions. In this subsection:
SB38,1,5 51. “Agency” has the meaning given in s. 230.03 (3).
SB38,1,6 62. “State employee” has the meaning given in s. 230.03 (10h).
SB38,2,27 (b) In-person work. By February 28, 2021, the governor shall submit to the
8legislature a plan for when all state employees holding positions with duties that
9were required to be performed at the offices of their places of employment with an

1agency on March 1, 2020, will return to and perform those duties at the offices with
2that agency.
