1An Act to create 20.155 (3) (e) and 196.379 of the statutes;
relating to: the
2Energy Innovation Grant Program and making an appropriation.

Currently, the Office of Energy Innovation in the Public Service Commission
administers the Energy Innovation Grant Program, which is funded with federal
money from the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The EIGP awards
grants for projects related to energy efficiency and innovation.
This bill appropriates $10,000,000 in general purpose revenue in each fiscal
year of the 2021-23 fiscal biennium for the Energy Innovation Grant Program.

an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
