AB468,1,1 1An Act relating to: a grant for a pedestrian bridge in the city of Lodi.

This bill requires the governor to allocate $100,000 of the funds accepted under
the federal American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 for a grant to the city of Lodi for the
construction of a pedestrian bridge across Spring Creek.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
AB468,1 2Section 1 . Nonstatutory provisions.
AB468,1,73 (1) Lodi pedestrian bridge. Of the moneys the governor accepts from the
4federal government under s. 16.54 pursuant to section 602 of the federal Social
5Security Act as amended by the federal American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, P.L.
6117-2, the governor shall allocate $100,000 for a grant to the city of Lodi for the
7construction of a pedestrian bridge across Spring Creek.
