This bill requires the Department of Administration to award a grant in the
amount of $530,000 to an eligible recipient, as determined by DOA, for a new water
supply control system in the city of Waukesha. The bill requires the governor to
allocate $530,000 of the funds accepted under the federal American Rescue Plan Act
of 2021 for the grant.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
AB393,1 3Section 1 . Nonstatutory provisions.
AB393,1,64 (1) From the moneys allocated under sub. (2 ), the department of administration
5shall award a grant in the amount of $530,000 to an eligible recipient, as determined
6by the department, for a new water supply control system in the city of Waukesha.

1(2) Of the moneys the governor accepts from the federal government under s.
216.54 pursuant to section 602 of the federal Social Security Act as amended by the
3federal American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, P.L. 117-2, the governor shall allocate
4$530,000 for the grant under sub. (1 ).
