This bill appropriates $500,000 to the Department of Agriculture, Trade and
Consumer Protection for the purpose of providing a grant to the cranberry marketing
board in fiscal year 2020-21.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

Cranberry marketing board grant. The amounts in the schedule
3to provide a grant of $500,000 to the cranberry marketing board to meet one or more
4of the objectives of the board's marketing order, including market research and
5development, industrial research, and educational programs. No moneys may be
6expended from this appropriation after June 30, 2021.
