AJR42,1,53 Whereas, for generations, Wisconsin teachers have maintained a strong
4tradition of excellence in educating students and preparing them for college, careers,
5and their futures; and
AJR42,1,86 Whereas, teachers have made incalculable positive impacts on our children,
7spending their own time and money preparing lessons, grading assignments, and
8ensuring their classrooms have what is necessary to learn effectively; and
AJR42,1,109 Whereas, they display this sacrifice and deep commitment in order to maintain
10high levels of understanding, integrity, and performance; and
AJR42,1,1211 Whereas, teachers serve many roles for our students, not only as educators but
12also as role models, mentors, coaches, and counselors; and

14state, teaching job skills, creating leaders, and ensuring that our workforce and
15citizens have the tools they need to succeed; and
