This bill requires the Department of Public Instruction to annually publish
Foundations of Reading test scores DPI receives from the entity that administers the
test.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

1. 115.28 (7) (cm) of the statutes is created to read:

(7) (cm) Beginning in the 2020-21 school year, annually by October 31,
5publish any scores on the test required under s. 118.19 (14) (a) that the department
6received during the previous school year from an entity administering the test
7required under s. 118.19 (14) (a). The state superintendent shall publish scores
1under this paragraph in a manner that keeps confidential the names of individuals
2who took the test required under s. 118.19 (14) (a).
