• Graduate Mary D. Bradford High School, 1973; B.S. University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, 1977; attended Harvard University; M.A. University of Wisconsin–Madison, 1983.
• Past president, Aurora Association International; Former CEO, Northpointe Resources; National Ombudsman and Midwest Regional Administrator, U.S. Small Business Administration.
• Member: Foundation Board of Directors, University of Wisconsin–Parkside; International Society for ISCTR (cofounder, secretary/treasurer); WISITALIA (past president).
• Former member: Committee to Found the Boys and Girls Club of Kenosha (chair); Lake County Partnership on Economic Development (executive committee) and Economic Development Committee on Small Business (chair); Small Business Forum of DNC (national cochair); Kenosha Family and Aging Services (board member); Kenosha Incubator Association (chair); Partnership for a Stronger Economy (chair).
