SPS 150.01SPS 150.01 Authority. The rules in chs. SPS 150 to 154 are adopted pursuant to ss. 227.11 (2), 440.993, 440.9935 and 440.999, Stats.

SPS 150.02SPS 150.02 Definitions; generally. As used in chs. SPS 150 to 154:
SPS 150.02(1)(1) “Athlete agent” has the meaning given in s. 440.99 (2), Stats.
SPS 150.02(2)(2) “Department” means the department of safety and professional services.
SPS 150.02(3)(3) “Educational institution” has the meaning given in s. 440.99 (4r), Stats.
SPS 150.02(4)(4) “Registration” has the meaning given in s. 440.99 (9), Stats.
SPS 150.02(5)(5) “State” has the meaning given in s. 440.99 (10), Stats.
SPS 150.02(6)(6) “Student athlete” has the meaning given in s. 440.99 (11), Stats.
