2021 WISCONSIN ACT
An Act to create 86.303 (5) (f) 3. and 86.303 (5) (f) 4. of the statutes; relating to: local reporting requirements related to general transportation aids.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
SB303,1 Section 1. 86.303 (5) (f) 3. of the statutes is created to read:
86.303 (5) (f) 3. For a village or town, the amount of the reduction may not exceed $100 for each working day after the date required in par. (c) or (d) that the report form is actually submitted.
SB303,2 Section 2. 86.303 (5) (f) 4. of the statutes is created to read:
86.303 (5) (f) 4. For a village or town, the amount of the reduction may not exceed $2,200.
