Suspension: On June 25, 2020, the Joint Committee for Review of Administrative Rules, pursuant to s. 227.26 (2) (d), Stats., voted to suspend Sections 1 and 2 of Emergency Rule 2007 on the grounds that those parts of the emergency rule are arbitrary and capricious.

Notes: This emergency rule is being published with a tentative effective date of May 12, 2020. The effective date will, per s. 227.24 (1) (c), be adjusted in accordance with the date the rule appears in the official state newspaper (The Wisconsin State Journal) once that date is confirmed.
