This bill requires DOA to undertake planning and preparation to have a cybersecurity insurance program for executive branch agencies by the 2027-29 fiscal biennium.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section 9101. Nonstatutory provisions; Administration.
(1) Cybersecurity insurance program. The department of administration shall plan and prepare to have a cybersecurity insurance program for executive branch state agencies by the 2027-29 fiscal biennium.
