Migrant labor camp facilities
This bill excludes from the definition of “migrant labor camp” bed and breakfasts, hotels, and rooming houses that are required to be licensed by DATCP.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section 1. 103.90 (3) (b) 3. of the statutes is created to read:
103.90 (3) (b) 3. Any bed and breakfast establishment, hotel, or tourist rooming house that is required to be licensed under s. 97.605.
