Interpretive programs in state forests
Current law provides that all moneys received from fees charged for admission to educational and interpretive programs in state parks are appropriated for the costs associated with those programs. This bill adds moneys received from fees charged for admission to those programs in state forests to this appropriation, to be used for the costs associated with those programs.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section 1. 20.370 (1) (es) of the statutes is amended to read:
20.370 (1) (es) Parks and forests — interpretive programs. All moneys received from fees authorized under s. 27.01 (9) (a) 4. for educational and interpretive programs in state parks or state forests to be used for costs associated with those programs.
****Note: This Section involves a change in an appropriation that must be reflected in the revised schedule in s. 20.005, stats.
