SB76-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB76-SA2,1,4 1. Page 4, line 22: delete that line and substitute “in sub. (1). If, during the course of a year, a court approves at least one application under this subsection to dismiss or amend a charge of a covered crime, the court shall”.
