SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 106

SB106-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB106-SA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: delete the material beginning with “facilities,” and ending with “authority” on line 4 and substitute “facilities”.

SB106-SA1,1,6 2. Page 6, line 20: delete the material beginning with “shall” and ending with “facilities” on line 21 and substitute “shall require that a psychiatric residential treatment facility”.

SB106-SA1,1,9 3. Page 7, line 3: delete the material beginning with “may” and ending with “facilities” on line 4 and substitute “may require that a psychiatric residential treatment facility”.

SB106-SA1,1,10 4. Page 7, line 14: delete lines 14 to 15 and substitute:
