SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 75

AB75-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB75-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 4: delete “, which shall be provided by the director of state courts”.

AB75-SA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 9: delete “charging recommendation from the referring” and substitute “arrest charge from the arresting”.

AB75-SA1,1,7 3. Page 2, line 11: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 3, line 10.

AB75-SA1,1,8 4. Page 3, line 11: delete “L.” and substitute “f.”.

AB75-SA1,1,9 5. Page 3, line 12: delete “m.” and substitute “g.”.

AB75-SA1,2,2 6. Page 3, line 14: delete “a database” and substitute “an interactive dashboard that does not contain any personally identifying information for a criminal defendant”.
