AB259-AA1,1,44“Section 2g. 943.13 (1m) (g) of the statutes is created to read: AB259-AA1,1,125943.13 (1m) (g) Enters or remains on the premises of a campground after 6having been notified not to enter or remain on the premises or after having been 7notified that the owner or operator has withdrawn consent for the person to enter or 8remain on the premises. A law enforcement officer may, at the request of the owner 9or operator, assist the owner or operator in removing from the premises a person 10who violates this paragraph. In this paragraph, “campground” means a 11campground or camping resort licensed under s. 97.67 but does not include a 12campground under s. 27.01 (10). AB259-AA1,2h
1Section 2h. 943.13 (2) (am) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read: AB259-AA1,2,62943.13 (2) (am) (intro.) A person has received notice from the owner, operator, 3or occupant within the meaning of sub. (1m) (b), (e) or, (f), or (g) if he or she has been 4notified personally, either orally or in writing, or if the land is posted. Land is 5considered to be posted under this paragraph under either of the following 6procedures:”.
