1At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
AB171-ASA1-AA1,1,421. Page 8, line 18: delete agency, person, data broker, business, or
3association and substitute agency or directly to a person, data broker, business, or
4association.
AB171-ASA1-AA1,1,552. Page 10, line 1: before information insert personal.
AB171-ASA1-AA1,2,263. Page 10, line 3: delete the material beginning with A government and
7ending with available. on line 7 and substitute A government agency that
8provides a record to another government agency under this subd. 2. d. shall,
9notwithstanding par. (d), provide the receiving government agency all written
10requests applicable to such records and notice to the judicial officer of the
11transmission in the manner indicated on the judicial officers written request.
