AB148-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB148-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 5: delete “other than trial” and substitute “other than trial”.

AB148-AA1,1,5 2. Page 1, line 6: after “means.” insert “On request of any party, with the consent of all other parties, the court may permit an interpreter to act in a civil trial by telephone or live audiovisual means.”.

AB148-AA1,1,7 3. Page 2, line 1: delete the material beginning with “, other” and ending with “trial,” on line 2 and substitute “, other than trial,”.

AB148-AA1,1,10 4. Page 2, line 2: after “means.” insert “On request of any party, with the consent of all other parties, the court may permit an interpreter to act in a criminal trial by telephone or live audiovisual means.”.
