SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 961

SB961-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB961-SA1,1,4 1. Page 3, line 1: delete the material beginning with “To be" and ending with “Submit" on line 3 and substitute “A nonprofit organization is eligible for a grant under this subsection if it meets all of the following criteria:

SB961-SA1,1,10 (a) It does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, sexual orientation, as defined in s. 111.32 (13m), gender, gender identity, national origin, immigration status, disability, as defined in s. 106.50 (1m) (g), religion, ethnicity, marital status, family status, as defined in s. 106.50 (1m) (k), status as a victim of domestic abuse, sexual assault, or stalking, as defined in s. 106.50 (1m) (u), lawful source of income, age, or ancestry.
