SB957-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB957-SA1,1,3 21. Page 2, line 5: delete “the department shall cooperate with counties" and
3substitute “the department and counties shall cooperate".
SB957-SA1,1,4 42. Page 2, line 11: delete lines 11 and 12 and substitute:
SB957-SA1,1,6 5“(c) The revised funding methodology under par. (a) shall take effect on July
61, 2025.”.
SB957-SA1,1,7 73. Page 2, line 12: after that line insert:
SB957-SA1,1,9 8 Section 2h. 46.995 (2r) of the statutes is renumbered 46.955 (2r) (a) and
9amended to read:
SB957-SA1,1,1310 46.955 (2r) (a) The department may contract with a county or a group of
11counties to deliver disabled children's long-term support program services. The
12contracted county or contracted group of counties are responsible for completing the
13eligibility and enrollment process according to policies developed by the department.

1Section 2k. 46.995 (2r) (b) and (c) of the statutes are created to read:
SB957-SA1,2,52 46.995 (2r) (b) When a participant is referred to the disabled children's
3long-term support program, a contracted county or contracted group of counties
4shall, as soon as possible, designate a support and service coordinator for the
5participant and the participant's family.
SB957-SA1,2,86 (c) The support and service coordinator shall complete a participant's
7individual service plan within 90 calendar days of the date the participant has been
8referred to the disabled children's long-term support program.”.
