SB826-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB826-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 1: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 3, line 3.

SB826-SA1,1,7 2. Page 4, line 25: after “action." insert “This subsection does not expand or modify the authority of a city or village to change a zoning ordinance, any regulation, approval, or condition imposed under a zoning ordinance, or any nonconforming use.".

SB826-SA1,1,8 3. Page 5, line 3: after that line insert:

SB826-SA1,1,9 “ Section 6m. 60.23 (34) (c) 4. of the statutes is repealed.”.

SB826-SA1,1,11 4. Page 5, line 22: after “59.692" insert “or a county floodplain zoning ordinance under s. 87.30".
