SB52-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB52-SA1,1,2 21. Page 1, line 2: delete “and making an appropriation".
SB52-SA1,1,3 32. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 to 10.
SB52-SA1,1,4 43. Page 2, line 20: before “real estate" insert “private".
SB52-SA1,1,9 54. Page 3, line 4: delete the material beginning with “The department" and
6ending with “paragraph." on line 5 and substitute “The department shall certify
73rd-party providers of training that meets the criteria established by the
8department under this paragraph and shall maintain a list of certified training
9providers.".
SB52-SA1,1,11 105. Page 3, line 8: after “department." insert “A certification under this
11paragraph shall be valid for 5 years.".
SB52-SA1,1,12 126. Page 4, line 14: substitute “3" for “6".

17. Page 4, line 19: delete lines 19 to 21 and substitute:
SB52-SA1,2,10 2(6) Revocation of certification. The department shall investigate each
3complaint filed against a certified commercial applicator. If the department
4determines that a certified commercial applicator has failed to comply with this
5section or rules promulgated under this section, the department may revoke the
6certification of the certified commercial applicator. Any individual who receives
7notice that his or her certification has been revoked under this paragraph is entitled
8to a contested case hearing under ch. 227 if the individual requests the hearing no
9later than 30 days after receiving the notice that his or her certification has been
10revoked.".
