SENATE AMENDMENT 4, TO SENATE BILL 330

SB330-SA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB330-SA4,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

SB330-SA4,1,3 “ Section 1c. 115.7915 (2) (i) of the statutes is created to read:

SB330-SA4,1,5 115.7915 (2) (i) 1. All of the eligible school's administrators have an administrator's license issued by the department.”.

SB330-SA4,1,6 2. Page 4, line 14: after that line insert:

SB330-SA4,1,7 “ Section 4c. 118.60 (2) (a) 6. b. of the statutes is amended to read:

SB330-SA4,1,11 118.60 (2) (a) 6. b. All of the private school's administrators have at least a bachelor's degree from a nationally or regionally accredited institution of higher education or a teaching license or an administrator's license issued by the department.

SB330-SA4,4e Section 4e. 118.60 (2) (c) 2. of the statutes is amended to read:

SB330-SA4,2,4 118.60 (2) (c) 2. Notwithstanding par. (a) 6., an administrator of a private school participating in the program under this section that prepares and trains pupils attending the school in rabbinical studies is not required to have a bachelor's degree an administrator's license issued by the department.”.

SB330-SA4,2,6 “ Section 10c. 119.23 (2) (a) 6. b. of the statutes is amended to read:

SB330-SA4,2,10 119.23 (2) (a) 6. b. All of the private school's administrators have at least a bachelor's degree from a nationally or regionally accredited institution of higher education or a teaching license or an administrator's license issued by the department.

SB330-SA4,10e Section 10e. 119.23 (2) (c) 2. of the statutes is amended to read:

SB330-SA4,2,15 119.23 (2) (c) 2. Notwithstanding par. SB330-SA4,2,19 “(1m) Administrator licensure; private schools participating in a parental choice program. The treatment of ss. 115.7915 (2) (i), 118.60 (2) (a) 6. b., and 119.23 (2) (a) 6. b. takes effect on July 1, 2024.”.
