SB330-SA4,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB330-SA4,1,2 21. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:
SB330-SA4,1,3 3 Section 1c. 115.7915 (2) (i) of the statutes is created to read:
SB330-SA4,1,54 115.7915 (2) (i) 1. All of the eligible school's administrators have an
5administrator's license issued by the department.”.
SB330-SA4,1,6 62. Page 4, line 14: after that line insert:
SB330-SA4,1,7 7 Section 4c. 118.60 (2) (a) 6. b. of the statutes is amended to read:
SB330-SA4,1,118 118.60 (2) (a) 6. b. All of the private school's administrators have at least a
9bachelor's degree from a nationally or regionally accredited institution of higher
10education or a teaching license or
an administrator's license issued by the
11department.
SB330-SA4,4e 12Section 4e. 118.60 (2) (c) 2. of the statutes is amended to read:

1118.60 (2) (c) 2. Notwithstanding par. (a) 6., an administrator of a private school
2participating in the program under this section that prepares and trains pupils
3attending the school in rabbinical studies is not required to have a bachelor's degree
4an administrator's license issued by the department.”.

18choice program.
The treatment of ss. 115.7915 (2) (i), 118.60 (2) (a) 6. b., and 119.23
19(2) (a) 6. b. takes effect on July 1, 2024.”.
